Note this represents a date change from our normal monthly schedule due to the Christmas holiday; monthly meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month unless otherwise posted.

The regular monthly meeting of the Planning Board will be held Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 7PM in the Town meeting room. A public hearing will be held for the following application:

Planning Board Workshop

The Fremont Planning Board will hold a workshop meeting on Monday, September 11, 2023 at 6:00PM with the Fremont Supervisor and the applicant for Phase 2 of the Crest Subdivision at Reichman Road, a proposed 75.29 acre 6-lot subdivision adjacent to the exiting Phase 1 of the Crest Subdivision at Meadow Lane and Overlook Circle. The public is welcome. No Planning Board votes will be taken.
